There is no need to worry about customs issues. The amount we declare does not exceed US$50. We have skilled customs clearance procedures, so it can be delivered to your address.

1. Shipping details

We will dispatch "ready to ship" orders within 48-72 hours of receiving payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. Please note that during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may vary.

All our deliveries are made by international courier. The courier we choose depends on the destination and the most efficient, safest and fastest delivery method.

5. Packaging

Rest assured that all our watches are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. Each watch is packed in its own box, which is then placed in a protective shipping box.

6.  An order contains multiple items

If your order contains multiple items, please note that they may be shipped separately from different distribution centers. In this case, you will receive separate tracking information for each item.

7.   Solve the accuracy problem

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or wrong deliveries. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

8.  Delivery and acceptance:

Please be present to receive your luxury watch upon its arrival. If no one is available to receive it at the designated address during delivery, the courier may leave a delivery notice or retry the delivery.

9.  Order Cancellation and Modification :

Once an order has been placed, we process it as quickly as possible. Therefore, modifications or cancellations can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
